Low UDP throughput when using the Linux Bonding Driver on wireless interfaces [closed]

I am trying to bond 2 wireless interfaces. The first one is based on IEEE 802.11ad and the second one in IEEE 802.11ac, which means that the throughput differs a lot between them. I set up the bond using the round robing policy (one packet over each interface).

When using TCP I get a lot of out of order packets, which is to be expected, but when using UDP the throughput is unusually slow.

The throughput for the 802.11ad interface is 1.7Gbps when alone, and for 802.11ac it is 350Mbps, but when bonded the throughput (as reported by iperf) is around 200Mbps.

I would like to know what would be the best way to debug something like this, I have some experience with the Linux Kernel and I can recompile the bonding driver if that would help debugging.
